Code & Co. provided Tech & Product Due Diligence to BIKELEASING.DE, a subsidiary of Brockhaus Technologies AG, ahead of its acquisition of Probonio, a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) provider for the management of a wide range of employee benefits.
BIKELEASING.DE, a digital B2B finance platform for the highly automated brokerage, financing and management of company bike leasing contracts via the employer, which is majority-owned by Brockhaus Technologies AG, is taking an important planned step towards expanding the Bikeleasing platform into a fully comprehensive multi-benefits software with the complete takeover of Probonio.

Code & Co. provided Tech & Product Due Diligence to BIKELEASING.DE, a subsidiary of Brockhaus Technologies AG.
This entailed an in-depth analysis of Probonio’s software architecture, technology stack, scalability, and cyber security. Additionally, Code & Co. assessed the company’s product operations and roadmap, engineering processes, and team structure, aiming to gauge overall effectiveness and potential for future growth and success.
