Code & Co. provides Tech & Product Due Diligence to Great Hill Partners ahead of its pending strategic majority investment in a newly formed organization comprising Vivup and Perkbox.
Vivup, a leading provider of world-class health and wellbeing benefits, and Perkbox, an award-winning global benefits and reward platform, have announced a decision to combine, aiming to create a premier solution in the UK for both public and private sector employee benefits, and position the combined forces at the forefront of the industry.
Scope of Work
Code & Co. performed a comprehensive Tech & Product Due Diligence of both Vivup and Perkbox.
This included an analysis of both platforms’ architectures, infrastructure, technology stack, cybersecurity measures, and use of open-source technologies. Further, Code & Co. also reviewed each platform's moats, product and technology roadmaps, product operations, customer support processes, and integration capabilities.
Lastly, Code & Co. examined the underlying engineering processes and team structure of both companies, including the software development lifecycle and quality assurance practices.
