Code & Co. provides Tech & Product Due Diligence to Armira Growth ahead of its strategic partnership with FTAPI, a provider of secure data exchange.
FTAPI, a leading provider of secure data exchange solutions, has announced a €65 million investment by Armira Growth, a leading growth investor, and Tikehau Capital, a global asset manager. The purpose of this funding is to further drive FTAPI's growth in the European market and strengthen European sovereignty in managing sensitive data. The investment will support the expansion of FTAPI’s product portfolio and accelerate strategic acquisition.
Scope of Work
Code & Co. advised Armira Growth on Tech & Product Due Diligence by conducting a detailed review of FTAPI’s software architecture, infrastructure, technology stack, security and resilience. Furthermore, Code & Co. assessed the company’s product roadmap, AI strategy, and product operations. The review also covered FTAPI’s engineering team, software development lifecycle, and expansion strategy.
This was the second audit conducted by Code & Co. — Code & Co. had previously audited FTAPI during the Tech & Product DD before Yttrium's growth investment in 2021.
