Code & Co. conducted Tech & Product Due Diligence for Bregal Unternehmerkapital (“BU”) ahead of its partnership with Communardo, a leading provider of consulting services and software solutions for the digital workplace with a focus on Atlassian and Microsoft.
Funds advised by Bregal Unternehmerkapital ("BU") have invested in Communardo Holding GmbH ("Communardo" or the “Company”), a leading full-service provider for modern workplace solutions in the DACH region with a focus on Atlassian (Platinum Solution Partner), Microsoft, monday.com and Staffbase. The new partnership aims to support Communardo's customer-focused growth strategy, its expansion in Europe and the extension of its own service and software portfolio. The current management team and the existing investor, PROM12, will retain a significant stake in Communardo.
Scope Of Work
Code & Co. conducted a comprehensive Tech & Product Due Diligence of Communardo for Bregal Unternehmerkapital. As a part of the process, Code & Co. analyzed the technology selections, architectural design, infrastructure, tech stack and cybersecurity. Furthermore, Code & Co. focused on the validation of the product vision and roadmap, KPIs and metrics, and evaluated the proficiency of engineering operations and support.
