E-Commerce Software Group, a portfolio company of funds advised by Bregal Unternehmerkapital (“BU”), has acquired DemoUp Cliplister GmbH ("DemoUp Cliplister"), a leading SaaS platform for the syndication and management of visual content from brands and e-retailers. By joining forces with DemoUp Cliplister, the E-Commerce Software Group, whose nucleus was formed with the closing of Billbee and Channel Pilot at the end of 2023, benefits from an additional offering to further optimize the digital marketing of its customers' products and create cross-selling opportunities.

Code & Co. performed a thorough assessment of DemoUp Cliplister’s range of products evaluating the architecture, tech stack, and foundational engineering processes. Furthermore, its product roadmap, AI strategy, and internal processes such as the company’s software development life cycle were assessed.
