Code & Co. conducted Tech & Product Due Diligence for BuildTec Software Group, a portfolio company of funds managed by Bregal Unternehmerkapital (“BU”), on its investment in Glaser, a construction planning software provider.
Code & Co. advises BU and BuildTec Software Group (“BuildTec”) ahead of its investment in Glaser, a specialist in the development of construction planning software. Glaser provides industrial mixed reality, 3D modeling and its flagship CAD software, ISBCAD, for construction firms.
Scope of Work
Code & Co. performed Tech & Product Due Diligence for BU and BuildTec.
The scope included analyzing Glaser’s ISBCAD software, a well-established CAD design software, and its other portfolio products.
Code & Co. performed a comprehensive evaluation focusing on product architecture, scalability, technical stack, and security. This analysis extended to examining the efficiency of engineering processes, the proficiency of the team, technical debt considerations, and the strategic direction outlined by the product vision and roadmap.
