Sitara extends dealers and wholesalers a comprehensive integrated software solution that encompasses a complete suite of ERP and merchandise management functionalities. This includes seamless integration of financial accounting, CRM, logistics, and a range of other essential features.

Scope of Work

Code & Co. provided Tech & Product Due Diligence to SEMA Group, a global leader in the CAD/CAM software sector.

The diligence of Hausmann Wynen included a thorough audit of their flagship products, Powerbird and Sitara. As a part of the process, Code & Co. analyzed the technology selections, architectural design, infrastructure, and engineering workflows of the products. The assessment also examined the company’s hiring roadmap, seeking out opportunities for enhancement. Furthermore, Code & Co. focused on the validation of the product vision and roadmap, KPIs and metrics, and evaluated the proficiency of corporate operations such as customer onboarding and support.
