epiNET is a leading software provider for hygiene management in the DACH region, providing solutions to over 700 hospitals and 150+ laboratories. Code & Co. provided Tech & Product Due Diligence to medavis, a Bregal portfolio company.
epiNET have a suite of products, for example: HyBASE, epiNET’s flagship offering is a statistics, analysis, and documentation system for modern microbiology, epidemiology, and hospital hygiene management. HyTEC, a LIMS for hygiene and water laboratories, supports its users with the organization and administration of hygiene processes and hygiene technology.
Scope of Work
Code & Co. provided Tech & Product Due Diligence to Medavis, a portfolio company of Bregal Unternehmerkapital. Code & Co. performed a thorough assessment of epiNET’s range of products evaluating the architecture, tech stack, and foundational engineering processes of each product. Furthermore, we assessed epiNET's operational capabilities, customer support effectiveness, and the alignment of their product roadmap with strategic goals.
