Capital D, the next generation private equity fund manager investing in disruptive founder-led mid-market businesses across Europe, announced that it has acquired a minority stake in Refinery89, the AdTech platform dedicated to supporting regional European and LATAM digital publishers.
Scope of Work
Code & Co. conducted a comprehensive audit of Refinery89’s advertising technology platform. This encompassed an in-depth analysis of its architecture, infrastructure, technology stack, scalability, and security posture.
The assessment also reviewed Refinery89’s product roadmap, integration capabilities, operational scalability and AI/ML strategy (artificial intelligence and machine learning).
Additionally, Code & Co. evaluated the company’s engineering team, software development lifecycle, and security automation efforts.
