Code & Co. advises Extens on Tech and Product Due Diligence ahead of its investment in Medicore, an innovative and fast-growing developer of unique web-based interoperable electronic patient and client records (EHRs) and data-driven applications for healthcare.
Extens, the dedicated European software investor for healthcare, announces the acquisition of a majority stake in Medicore, a Netherlands-based company specializing in the development of a unique solution for mental health and youth care facilities. This marks Extens’s first investment outside of France, in line with its European expansion strategy.
Scope Of Work
Code & Co. advised Extens on Tech and Product Due Diligence through a detailed evaluation of Medicore’s software architecture, infrastructure, technology stack, and cybersecurity processes and policies. Following this, Code & Co. assessed Medicore’s product operations and strategy. The audit concluded with an evaluation of its R&D teams, software development lifecycle, and quality assurance processes.
