Engagement — Platform Due Diligence

Code & Co. provides Tech & Product Due Diligence to Gimv ahead of its investment in CNC Automation leader RoboJob.

Gimv has announced that it has acquired a stake in RoboJob alongside the founding De Roovere family. RoboJob builds user-friendly automation solutions for the CNC market. The aim of Gimv’s investment is to support RoboJob's international growth and enable the company to realise the full potential of the promising product offering.

Scope of Work

Code & Co. conducted an extensive audit of RoboJob’s platform, including an evaluation of its architecture, infrastructure, technology stack, scalability, and security. Code & Co. analyzed RoboJob’s product roadmap, integration capabilities, and AI developments. The review also covered RoboJob’s engineering processes, software development lifecycle, and technical debt, noting its structured CI/CD pipeline and automated testing framework.
