Inflexion, a leading European mid-market private equity firm, has partnered with the founders of Tierarzt Plus Partner (“TPP”), Germany’s largest group of veterinary practices, to further grow and expand the company. The investment is being made by Inflexion’s Buyout Fund VI.
Scope of Work
Code & Co. conducted Tech & Product Due Diligence for Inflexion.
The scope included analyzing TPP’s technical architecture, infrastructure, technology stack, and cybersecurity measures. Furthermore, Code & Co. assessed Taurus’s product stack, customer-facing applications their development roadmap, and operational excellence. The evaluation concluded with a review of TPP’s team structure and engineering practices, focusing on custom application development, operational processes.
