Code & Co. advises Investcorp ahead of its investment in leading US channel management platform provider Zift Solutions to accelerate growth and expand market leadership
Investcorp Technology Partners (“ITP”), a leading global technology investor, has agreed to acquire a majority stake in Zift Channel Solutions Inc. (“Zift”), a leading provider of Partner Relationship Management (“PRM”) and Through-Channel Marketing Automation (“TCMA”) software.
Founded in 2006, Zift helps companies from all sectors better manage their indirect go-to-market strategies. Through its ZiftONE software, Zift’s platform aligns channel marketing, channel sales, and channel operations. Based on nearly two decades of experience, ZiftONE’s comprehensive PRM and TCMA capabilities enable the management of marketing and lead generation all the way through to sales, giving customers both a consistent view of their entire funnel and the tools they need to drive channel revenue and success. ZiftONE’s customers consist of national and international brands with renowned channel programs. Its customers are served from three offices: Cary, North Carolina; Oxford, UK; and Hoboken, New Jersey.
Scope of Work
Code & Co. advised ITP on Tech & Product Due Diligence compiling an in-depth assessment of Zift’s software architecture and infrastructure, technology stack, scalability, and security. Further, Code & Co. assessed the company’s product-strategic growth plans, operations, product roadmap, and KPIs. This transaction underlines Code & Co.’s position as a market-leading technology and product advisor for global and cross-border transactions. It further highlights Code & Co.’s sector expertise in highly complex technical and operational sectors of the global digital economy.
