Jiminny recently raised $16.5 million in a series A funding round, led by transatlantic growth equity firm Kennet Partners.
UK-headquartered Jiminny provides Conversation Intelligence (CI) to mid-sized to larger B2B clients, which records and transcribes conversations with potential and existing customers. Artificial Intelligence (AI) holistically analyzes these data sets and identifies patterns, trends, and actionable insights. With this analysis, business can develop sales forecasts, as well as an assessment of probable outcomes for customer engagements at scale. This information can be used to improve performance and generate revenue and growth across businesses.
Kennet Partners collaborates with founders and teams of successful, capital efficient SaaS and tech-enabled services companies that built their businesses with little capital and are looking to accelerate their growth. Kennet Partners’ investment will allow Jiminny to double its research and development budget, and progress its recruitment strategy.

Code & Co. provided Tech & Product Due Diligence to Kennet Partners ahead of its investment in Jiminny, assessing Jiminny’s architecture, infrastructure, product roadmap, and security. This also included an analysis of its growth strategy and expansion possibilities. The Tech & Product Due Diligence also included an assessment of its key competitive advantages and market recognition.
