Code & Co. advises LLCP on Tech & Product Due Diligence ahead of its investment in Schülerhilfe, a leading operator and franchisor of site-based and online tutoring in the DACH region.
Levine Leichtman Capital Partners (“LLCP”), a global private equity firm, announced that it has agreed to invest in Schülerhilfe in partnership with its CEO, Dieter Werkhausen, and the existing management team.
Scope of Work
Code & Co. audited Schülerhilfe’s IT systems and architecture, infrastructure, technology stack, and cybersecurity protocols. Furthermore, Schülerhilfe’s approach to innovation and underlying product roadmap were assessed. This was followed by an assessment of its underlying team structure and development processes.
