Code & Co. advises Main Set on Tech & Product Due Diligence ahead of its investment in WealthOS, a leading cloud-native wealth management infrastructure platform provider.
WealthOS, the cloud-native wealth management infrastructure platform provider, has announced the successful closure of an investment round led by Barclays Bank. In addition to Barclays, WealthOS also attracted investment from Main Set, part of international investment firm Capricorn Capital Partners UK. WealthOS will use the investment to further develop its platform, increase distribution and scale the organization to support its strong client pipeline.
Scope of Work
The due diligence included a comprehensive audit of the WealthOS platform, covering the architecture, infrastructure, technology stack, and cybersecurity processes. Additionally, Code & Co. audited its roadmap, rollout, and onboarding processes, as well as the product KPIs and metrics employed. Finally, Code & Co. analyzed the underlying software development life cycle, team structure, and certification roadmap.
