Newton announced its acquisition of Xantura, a market leader in using artificial intelligence and advanced analytics to enable public services to better understand and support the needs of residents and communities. The acquisition adds enhanced capability to the Newton team to help deliver greater value from public services.
Scope of Work
Code & Co. performed an audit of Xantura’s platform, including a review of its architecture, scalability capabilities, as well as its technical stack and machine learning & AI implementations. Code & Co. also analyzed its product operations, customer onboarding, and support procedures. A thorough audit of its Product and Engineering team was conducted, along with an analysis of its Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and quality controls.
