Code & Co. advises Partech on Tech & Product Due Diligence ahead of its Venture fund’s investment in Retraced, a supply chain compliance platform revolutionizing sustainability management in the fashion and textile industry.

Retraced, the SaaS platform created 5 years ago, enables fashion and textile brands to digitize, trace, and analyze risks related to their supply chains announce a successful Serie A closing round of a €15 million.

Scope Of Work

Code & Co. conducted a comprehensive audit of Retraced’s SaaS platform, which included an evaluation of its technical architecture, infrastructure, technology stack, and security practices.   Additionally, Code & Co. analyzed Retraced’s product roadmap and operations, including customer integration and support processes. The audit also encompassed an assessment of Retraced’s R&D team and engineering practices.
