Savant Growth, a data-driven private equity firm focused on capital-efficient B2B SaaS companies, and Qount, a developer of AI-powered practice management software for public accounting firms, have announced a new investment. The $17 million funding round was led by Savant Growth, with additional investment from its partner, Kennet Partners, and a substantial co-investment from Qount’s new leadership team. This funding will accelerate Qount’s growth and further its investments in AI to enhance automation in practice management and service delivery workflows.
Scope of Work
The scope included an assessment of Qount’s browser-based SaaS platform. Code & Co. analyzed the architecture, infrastructure, security, and scalability of the platform. Code & Co. further examined the product roadmap, AI/ML feature expansion, onboarding strategy, and integration capabilities. Additionally, Code & Co. audited the engineering team, its structure and development, key contributors, and quality management practice as part of the SDLC.
